This extension does NOT collect, store, or transmit any of your data. Everything stays on your device. Period.
1. Data Collection
We do NOT collect any user data.
This extension does not:
- ❌ Collect personal information
- ❌ Track your browsing history
- ❌ Monitor which websites you visit
- ❌ Access your passwords or credentials
- ❌ Read your emails or private messages
- ❌ Use analytics or tracking tools
- ❌ Share data with third parties
2. Local Storage
The extension uses Chrome's local storage only to save your last JSON input for convenience.
What is stored:
- Your last JSON input (text only)
Where it's stored:
- Locally on your device only
- NOT sent to any server
- NOT accessible by anyone else
How to clear it:
- Click the "Clear" button in the extension popup
- Or uninstall the extension
3. Permissions Explanation
This extension requests the following permissions:
activeTab
Why: To access the current tab's content when you click "Apply"
Used for: Applying your preview changes to the webpage
scripting
Why: To inject content scripts that replace text on the page
Used for: Making the preview functionality work
storage
Why: To save your last JSON input locally
Used for: Convenience so you don't have to re-enter data
host_permissions: <all_urls>
Why: To allow the tool to work on any website you choose
Used for: Universal compatibility (not limited to specific sites)
4. Network Activity
This extension makes ZERO network requests.

- ✅ No data sent to external servers
- ✅ No API calls
- ✅ No external resources loaded
5. Third-Party Services
We do NOT use any third-party services.
- No Google Analytics
- No advertising networks
- No external tracking
- No cookies
6. Data Security
Since we don't collect or transmit any data, there's no data at risk.
Your JSON input is stored locally using Chrome's secure storage API.
7. Children's Privacy
This extension does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we update this privacy policy, we will notify users through the Chrome Web Store listing.
We recommend checking this page occasionally for any changes.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Know what data we collect (none)
- Request deletion of your data (just click "Clear" or uninstall)
- Opt-out of data collection (already opted out by default)
